These Christmas delivery dates are provided to us from our couriers and are not guaranteed. Direct Sports advise to order before these dates to avoid disappointment.

Christmas Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Purchases made from Thursday 1st November can be returned up until Monday 28th January for a refund or exchange.
Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original, undamaged packaging. Please take care when opening and leave labels attached. Goods should be returned to our address (below) in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing your purchase with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. Alternatively, you can enclose a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number, then we will be able to find your record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, if a replacement or swap such as different size is required we will despatch the replacement goods free of charge (UK only).

Refund of Item
The guarantee will only apply when the guarantee itself is added to the basket and Express / Next Working Day delivery has been selected during checkout.
Direct Sports will refund to the original purchaser the full purchase cost of any individual item covered by this guarantee if either:
1) Direct Sports pack and despatch the incorrect item
2) Direct Sports pack and despatch the item late (Please also see EXPRESS / NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY)
Refund of Delivery Charges
Direct Sports will refund the original delivery costs in full or £5, whichever the greater to the original purchaser if the item is not delivered or a delivery attempt made to the correct address within the stipulated delivery timescales. (Please refer to EXPRESS / NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY below)
The guarantee is limited to the cost of a single item where multiples of the same item are ordered. It is impossible to forecast the qty of items that may be purchased and so we guarantee to despatch at least one of the items and place the remaining items to back-order and advise accordingly. This negates confusion in certain situations, for example a 500 shuttle order being placed with only 467 in stock creating a shortfall in the order.
The guarantee is limited to the value of the highest priced item where the order consists of more than one item which is covered by the guarantee
The delivery aspect of this Guarantee to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands is increased to 2 days as this is the standard Express timescale for these areas.
Express / Next Working Day Delivery
Charges are competitive and vary dependent on basket spend. For Next Working Day delivery orders should be placed before 3.00pm for delivery the following working day. When payment is received for your order the exact date and time is logged and recorded against your order.
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not considered working days and no item ordered on these days will be despatched nor will any guarantee of despatch on these days be in force. Orders received on these days or after 3:00PM Mon-Fri will be processed the following working day. The next working day delivery option is available during the checkout process. The Next Working day delivery option will deliver your item the following working day from the dispatch date and deliver within the hours of 8:00Am and 6:00PM.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands cannot be delivered Next Working Day. This is however the quickest option but due to the remote location or distance will be a 2 working day service.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal via your personal Paypal account. All credit & debit card transactions are processed by a secure Barclaycard payment service.
The vast majority of emails are answered within the hour. Any emails sent after we are closed are priority from 9am the following morning and we aim to answer these within the first hour Tue-Fri and the first two hours on Mondays and Saturdays. The maximum timescale you can expect to wait is 24 working hours.
For your security all orders are downloaded via an SSL. (Secure Socket Layer). This safety protocol is used for coded communication over the internet and has become the industry standard. All ordering information on this site is encoded through an S connection which ensures that your details cannot be accessed by third parties.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not build delivery costs into the price of products. This allows bigger savings when buying multiple products. Where possible we will endeavor to deliver products free or as low as possible.
To further reduce costs we calculate the delivery charges based upon ALL the items in your shopping basket. The delivery costs are re-calculated each time you add an item to your basket. Even though some items have a delivery charge this may be reduced or removed completely as other items are added to your basket.
EXPRESS / NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Delivery charges to non-mainland UK addresses and the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands vary depending upon the weight and dimensions of the package (please call for specific details):
